Who we are

AWA GAMES publishes the answer to the daily puzzle games people play between two meetings: the solved board as a drawing, the solution in words, and the archive of every puzzle we have answered. It is made by AYA MIM S.R.L., a company registered in Romania.

Who owns what

The games belong to their publishers. The drawings, the text and the videos here are ours. The full statement is under Trademarks and rights.

Trademarks and rights

AWA GAMES is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the publishers of the games it answers. Every game name is a trademark of its owner, used here only to say which puzzle an answer belongs to. The games answered here are published by LinkedIn Corporation.

How game names are used here

A game is named on this site for one purpose: to say which puzzle an answer belongs to. LinkedIn and the names of its games are trademarks of LinkedIn Corporation. Any other game named here is a trademark of its own publisher. We use the names in plain text only. We do not use any publisher's logo, icon, typeface, colour scheme or interface, and nothing here is meant to suggest that a publisher made, approved or sponsors this site.

What we publish

• The answer to a puzzle that its publisher has already released to the public.
• A drawing of the solved board, made by us in our own design.
• The solution in our own words, and a one-sentence description of the rule, also in our own words.
• Our own video of the solution.

What we do not publish

• A playable version of any publisher's game, under any name.
• A publisher's artwork, screenshots or interface.
• A publisher's written clues or editorial text copied out at length.
• Anything about a puzzle before its publisher has released it.

For rights holders

If you own rights in something on this site and believe it should not be here, write to contact@aya.software. Tell us which page, what the work is, and who you are or whom you act for. A person reads every message, and we act on a valid request without delay, which for a single page usually means removing it first and discussing it afterwards.

The drawings, text, videos and code of this site belong to AYA MIM S.R.L.. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote an answer with a link to its source.

Privacy

This site is run by AYA MIM S.R.L., Romania, which is the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@aya.software.

What we collect

• No account, no sign-up and no form: you cannot give us your name here.
• No cookie is set by this site.
• No advertising or social tracker runs on this site.

Hosting and visit counts

The pages are served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes the address your request comes from in order to answer it and to protect the service. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookie and does not follow a visitor from one site to another. We see totals: how many visits a page had, from which country and from which referring site.

Videos

No video player is embedded in this site. An answer page may link to our own video on YouTube; the link opens YouTube, and from there Google's privacy policy applies.

Advertising

An ad here is a picture, a few lines of text and a link: no advertising script, cookie or tracking pixel. Today every ad is for a product of our own studio and says so. The ad's link carries a short word naming this site and the kind of page you were on, so the product can count the visits we send; it says nothing about you, and nothing is stored in your browser.

Links to other sites

When you follow a link to another site, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask what personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or erased, and you may complain to a data protection authority. If you have written to us by email, that message is the data we hold, and we delete it on request.

What the site is

AWA GAMES publishes answers to puzzle games, for information and for the pleasure of checking one's own solution. It is independent of the games' publishers, as stated under Trademarks and rights.

Accuracy

We correct a mistake when we learn of it. The answers are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they are free of error or available at any given moment.

What you may do

• Read, link to and share any page.
• Quote an answer with a link to the page it comes from.

What you may not do

• Republish the site's drawings, text or videos as your own.
• Load the site in a way that harms its service to others.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from the use of the site or from reliance on an answer. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may change these terms, and the date below says when we last did. They are governed by the law of Romania. Questions about them go to the address under Contact.
