Words That Rhyme With Strength

Strength has one perfect rhyme in English, length, and the two are the only common words that end in -ength. There is no near rhyme to fall back on, so songwriters use slant rhymes: tenth and twelfth keep the vowel and the -th, and wavelength ends in length itself, only with the stress on its first syllable. Rhyming the whole sound of strength is rare enough that many writers put it mid-line and rhyme another word.
