Neon Game (Netflix Puzzled): How to Play, Rules and Tips
Neon is the connecting puzzle in Netflix Puzzled. The board shows pairs of matching symbols; draw a line between each pair, and make sure no two lines cross. When every pair is joined, the board lights up.

The rules
Each symbol has a pair
Every symbol on the board has one twin. A line joins a symbol to its twin only: a circle to the circle, a square to the square.

Lines never cross
Lines may not cross each other. If two lines want the same cell, one of them must go round.

Every pair joined
The puzzle is solved when every pair is joined and no line crosses another. Cells can stay empty; the lines do not have to fill the board.

A 5 by 5 board of our own, four pairs:
The circles sit on the left edge: their line runs down the edge, taking no cell another line needs
The squares along the top edge, the triangles round the middle
The diamonds last, along the bottom: solved
Where to play, and the controls
- Open Netflix Puzzled on iOS or Android, or in a browser at netflix.com/tudum/puzzled. No account is needed.
- Drag from a symbol to its twin to draw the line. Tap a symbol to remove the line joined to it.
- The lightbulb tells you whether a line is wrong, or where to start the next one.
Neon tips: join the pairs without a crossing
Edges first
A pair on the same edge of the board is joined along that edge. Those lines take nothing from the middle, so draw them first.
Corners are forced
A symbol in a corner has two ways out, one in a corner cell with a neighbour taken has one. Forced lines are free lines.
Never wall a pair off
When a long line would wall off a symbol from its twin, that line is wrong. Check that every unjoined pair can still reach each other.
Far pairs before near pairs
The pair with the longest way round usually has the fewest routes. Settle it before the short ones take its cells.
Loosen the neighbour
If the last pair cannot be joined, the fault is in an earlier line that took one cell too many. Remove the line next to the gap and draw it tighter.

What is Neon on Netflix?
A visual puzzle in Netflix Puzzled: join every pair of matching symbols with a line, with no two lines crossing. It is Netflix's take on the classic flow puzzle.
Do the lines have to fill the whole board in Neon?
No. Unlike some flow puzzles, Neon only asks that every pair be joined without crossings; cells may stay empty.
How do you remove a line in Neon?
Tap one of its symbols: the line joined to it is removed, and you can draw it again.
When is there a new Neon puzzle?
A new daily Neon arrives at midnight, your local time, and past days stay in the archive.
