Mini Sudoku tips that solve it faster
Find the lone cell
A row, column or box with five digits has one empty cell, and only one digit fits it.
Chase one digit
Pick a digit and look where it can still go in each box. With six cells to a box, it is often down to one.
Use the box's two rows
If a digit in a box can only sit in one of its two rows, the box beside it cannot use that row for it.
Count what a cell can take
Cross out what the cell's row, column and box already hold. When one digit is left, write it.
