Fruit Sudoku
A fruit puzzle game online, free: a picture sudoku with fruits in place of numbers, and every row, column and box needs each of them once. Easy is a 4x4 sudoku of four fruits, medium and hard a 9x9 fruit board, and each press of a level deals new fruit, with notes and a hint when a row will not give.
How to solve fruit sudoku
Count the fruit bowl
For one empty square, list the fruits around it in its row, column and box. With a 9 × 9, eight different fruits around it leave exactly one, and that is your answer.
Where does the banana go
Take one fruit, the banana, and one row. Look down each empty square's column and box: if a banana is already there, that square is out. The one square left takes the banana.
Can't see the next fruit? Hint names the square and the fruit, with the reason.

Twenty-four fruits, drawn for this game, from the apple and the banana to the dragon fruit and the star fruit. Berries that look alike when small, the grapes, the blackberry, the raspberry and the blueberry, never share a board, and every fruit has its own outline, not only its colour.

Questions
What is fruit sudoku?
A sudoku that uses fruits in place of numbers. Every row, column and box holds each fruit once: four fruits on the 4 × 4, nine on the 9 × 9.
Is fruit sudoku a real sudoku?
Yes. The rule and the logic are the same; a fruit simply stands where a digit would. Medium and hard are full 9 × 9 sudokus.
Why are the grapes and the blackberry never together?
At the size of a square, the grapes, the blackberry and the raspberry look like the same cluster, and the peach and the apricot are both round and orange. The game keeps such pairs off the same board, so every fruit you see is easy to name.
Does every fruit sudoku have one answer?
Yes. The board is built when you press a level, and the game checks that the fruits can only be placed one way.
What if I get stuck?
Press Hint. It shows which square comes next and which fruit goes in it, and first points to any fruit you placed wrong.
